BiddyKins Period Panties can change your life … fact.
Depending on your flow (light, medium, heavy), BiddyKins Period Panties can replace traditional pads, tampons or cups. They can of course also be worn as back-up to your tampon/cup for added peace of mind on heavy days.
BiddyKins Period Panties can absorb up to 2 tampons worth**.

They’re soft, comfortable, waterproof, absorbent and convenient!

Depending on the style, the composition of the layers is as follows:
Body: 88% nylon, 12% elastane   OR   95% Bamboo, 5% elastane
Lining: 95% cotton, 5% elastane
Middle: 95% cotton, 5% elastane
Waterproof layer: Polyurethane Laminate (PUL)
Note: All panties (both black & beige) have a black inner lining.

**NOTE: It is important to note that panties with the soft bamboo outer linings (zigzag lace and sidesnap) are more prone to wicking on heavier days. This means that some syphoning could occur along the leg seams - this applies to the beige and the black bamboo panties.
It is therefore recommended that non-bamboo panties that have the smoother nylon outer layer (Floral Lace or Hipcross) be worn during heavy flow.

 XS: Lace = 28.5 cm | Waist = 30 cm | Hip = 32 cm
 S: Lace = 29.5 cm | Waist = 32 cm | Hip = 34.5 cm
 M: Lace = 32.5 cm | Waist = 34.5 cm | Hip = 37 cm
 L: Lace = 35.5 cm | Waist = 37 cm | Hip = 40 cm
 XL: Lace = 36.5 cm | Waist = 39 cm | Hip = 41.5 cm
 2XL: Lace = 40 cm | Waist = 41.5 cm | Hip = 43.5 cm
 3XL: Lace = 42.5 cm | Waist = 43.5 cm | Hip = 46 cm

Care Instructions:
1. Rinse after use.
2. Regular cold wash.
3. Do NOT use bleach or fabric softener!
4. Line Dry.

TIP: Period panties work equally well as incontinence undies - for those little sneezing/coughing accidents.
