Returns Policy

At BiddyKins we make every effort to offer products that we believe our customers will be very happy purchasing.
Of course sometimes things can and do go wrong. 

We endeavor to offer the highest levels of service possible, and to this end, we evaluate every issue raised with us.

Please note the following:
Missing/Incorrect items: Mistakes can and will happen - be assured that we do our very best to ensure that this is extremely rare! Please open your parcel and check the contents within 7 days of receiving the parcel. We will only be able to assist with missing/incorrect items if this is brought to our attention within 7 days of receiving the parcel.

Nappies (all items under the the "Cloth Nappies" and "Swim Nappies" menu categories) as well as all feminine hygiene products (period panties, menstrual pads, menstrual cups, breast pads and breast pumps) are not returnable or exchangeable. 
We view these items as underwear (or sanitary products).
Sanitary products have a 45 day guarantee on factory defects.

Cloth Nappies:
We never buy back second hand nappies, and we do not sell second hand nappies. 

For hygiene reasons and acting in the best interests of all our customers, these items will only be replaced due to factory defect. This guarantees that moms only receive BRAND NEW items for themselves and their precious little ones.

Our nappies are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for a period of 6 months from date of purchase. Manufacturing defects  include:  stitching issues, broken/faulty snaps, faulty elastics and delamination of the PUL. Note that the guarantee period is subject to strictly following the nappy care label instructions. For more info on washing and caring for your nappies please refer to our info guide.  

Non-sanitary products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for a period of 6 months from date of purchase.

We may occasionally request that items be returned to us for inspection - this helps us gain a better understanding on what has gone wrong so that we can raise this with our factory.
